Subscribing to VLM and getting your routers covered is really easy.

What do I need for a VLM subscription?

01.

Your router's serial number

You can find it next to the type plate on the back or bottom of your router, or inside the web management interface. The serial number looks like this:
01-00310-00-00001

02.

Your router's Support ID

You can find it on a sticker on the back or bottom of your router, and also on the packaging box. It is also displayed inside the web management interface. The Support ID looks like this:
LCMH-VZAT

03.

A payment method

Our system offers payment through multiple payment processors to provide redundancy. You can pick by subscribing using a credit card. In some countries auto-payment through SEPA is supported in addition.

Click “Subscribe for a maintenance license” and choose your desired VLM components as well as the billing cycle. The system will propose the appropriate VLM level and display the cost of this license.

04.

Click “Subscribe and pay for a license” to confirm your enrollment and activate your subscription. You will also have to enter a payment method and your payment details.

You'll be automatically charged for each subscription at the beginning of every billing cycle using the billing information associated with your support site account. Once a subscription is active, a license file is created and activated on the router. This process is fully automated for routers permitted to access the internet and manual for all others.

10 days before the next billing cycle starts, you’ll be notified. You may end the subscription at any time. A re-instantiation fee is chraged to re-register products with lapsed or cancelled coverage. This fee will be calculated as if the product were covered for the entire gap period.
